Find the rental property on our website that you absolutely love and click “Apply”! (Everyone 18+ must complete an application.)
Follow the prompts and fill out all the requested information.
Remember your attachments! (Color picture of your ID, 3 most recent pay stubs, and 2 most recent bank statements.)
Pay application fee ($40 per adult applicant). Please note, this fee is non-refundable.
